        The 
          brass memorial is on the wall of the St. Lawrence Church, Steppingley.  
          It takes the form of a brass plaque with a painted stone surround; the 
          stone surround is mounted above a cherubs head. It gives the name, date 
          of joining and date of death of the six men who gave their lives. The 
          names have been sorted into alphabetical order here.
