PONTSTICILL WAR MEMORIAL

The Memorial is off the A480, above the Heads of the Valley A465; the road is not numbered but in the Breconshire National Park, a Memorial Hall, Vaynor Road, Pontsticill, Merthyr Tydfil, Mid Glamorgan. It takes the form of a Stone Tablet (possibly Marble) with a dedicatory inscritpion and names listed in two columns. A stone frame encloses the tablet which is placed on an outside wall of the Hall. The names here have been sorted into alphabetical order. There are nine names for World War 1 and two for World War 2.
