Framed wall plaque in Fulbourn United Reformed Church

NOTE:- On April 26th 1946 , the committee of the Forces Remembrance Fund presented a cheque of £10 to each of the 144 members of H.M. Forces who served during the war. Letters of appreciation thanking the village and the committee for their efforts have been received. Starting in 1998 I endeavoured to find the 144 members of the armed forces to make a Roll of Honour in their Memory. Through newspapers, radio appeals and from word of mouth of Fulbourn residents I, after three years have managed to find 143 of the 144 servicemen and women who served. Hopefully these names are genuine but cannot be authenticated as no records can be found. The Roll of Honour has been beautifully penned by Mr Roy Pryor of Histon.
