The Upwell stands beside the A1101 that runs through Upwell. It takes
the form of an Angal mounted on a tall, square pedestal with a carved
Union Jack and laurels on the main face. There are 57 names for World
War 1 and 10 for World War 2. Further memorials exist in the church
of St Peter.
