The
Roll of Honour for Nether Lochaber in Inverness-shire. Although it covers
all religions it is kept in St. Bride's Episcopal Church in North Ballachulish
[GB Grid Ref NN 052 610] and covers World War 1 only. The names are
split by area and the details are given are forenames (where possible),
surname, rank, Regiment or service and any other relevant information.
The table below contains all the names but the details have been slightly
re-ordered for ease of reading. Where further information has been found
then this has been added, including the details for those who died.
There is a further Memorial Stone covering World War 2 in Innis na Birlinn
Cemetery, which belongs to the Nether Lochaber community (GB Grid ref
NN 026 644) and is off the A82 about 1 mile north of the Corran Ferry.
