The
Binbrook memorial is to be found in the grounds of St Mary and St Gabriels
Church, Binbrook. Is in the form of Celtic cross upon which is a crusader
sword. The cross is on a base of the same stone, upon which is the main
inscription. Beneath this is a further base support on which is the
Second World War inscription. There are 31 names for World War 1 and
4 for World War 2. The memorial was unveiled and dedicated by friends
and relatives of the fallen 27th March 1921. Details appeared in the
Lincolnshire Chronicle 28th February 1920 and 4th December 1920 and
also in the Market Rasen Mail 26th March 1921.
