memorial fo St Vincent's Church, Burton-by-Lincoln takes the form of
a white stone tablet with a white surround and is to be found on the
north side of the nave.

resident Hoylake, Cheshire. Son of George and Emily Chappell, of
Storrs Hill, Windermere. Buried in SANCTUARY WOOD CEMETERY, Ieper,
West-Vlaanderen, Belgium. Plot IV. Row G. Grave 15. Commemorated
on a brass plaque on a wood surround, on south side of nave; there
is an emblem with words
