The memorial and Roll of Honour are located in All Siants Church, Holton-Cum-Beckering. A wooden plaque with incised black lettering is fixed to the wall inside the church, to the left of the door. It lists one Boer War casualty, five World War 1 casualties and six others who served in World War 1.

Private 4647, 1st/5th Bn. West Yorkshire Regiment (Prince of Wales's Own). Died 3 September 1916, age 22. Son of John and Mary Ann Graves, of Stone's Place Farm, Lincoln. Buried in Serre Road Cemetery No.2. Plot XXVI. Row G. Grave 13.
PRESCOTT George Frederick
Private 11925, 7th Battalion, Lincolnshire Regiment. Died 2 March 1916, age 19. Son of John and Fanny Prescott, of Low Apley, Langworth, Lincoln. Commemorated on Panel 21, Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial.
SIMONS John Edward
Private 40892, 2nd/6th Battalion, North Staffordshire Regiment formerly 38120 Lincolnshire Regiment. Died 21 March 1918, age 20. Son of Edward and Lucy Simons, of Newton-by-Toft, Market Rasen, Lincs. Commemorated on Arras Memorial. Bay 7 and 8

In the churchyard are two graves of airmen killed on the same day in WW2. They had been on a night training flight in a Lancaster captained by Flt Sgt Lindup which crashed 3 miles from RAF Wickenby aerodrome on its return. Four crew were killed, four survived.

SALMERS Eugene
Flight Sergeant (Nav.) R/137609, 12 (R.A.F.) Sqdn, Royal Canadian Air Force. Died 18 June 1943, age 23. Son of Stephen and Catherine Salmers, of Oshawa, Ontario, Canada.
