The
war village memorial is to be found in the church of St Giles, Langton
by Wragby. It takes the form of brass wall plaque with raised letters
to be found on the North side of the nave, beneath a stained glass
window. There are 8 names for World War 1 and none for World War 2.

census he was aged 13, born Lincolnshire, a grocer's Errand Boy,
son of Arthur and Charlotte Smith, resident Private House, East
Barkwith, Horncastle, Lincolnshire. No known grave. Commemorated
on SOISSONS MEMORIAL, Aisne, France. |
