Kynoch-Shand. - 2nd Lieut. R. McK. Kynoch-Shand, 6th
V.B. Gordon Highlanders, was killed in action at Spion Kop, Jan.
24th, 1900. He joined his regiment in June, 1898, and, when killed,
was serving with the Imperial Light Infantry.
