Compiled and copyright © Martin Edwards 2008
The memorial is to be found outside St Issells church on the B4319,
Saundersfoot, Dyfed, at the junction of the B4316 & road to Wisemans
Bridge outside church yard. It takes the form of a stone wheel cross
with a tapering shaft that surmounts a stone plinth. The plinth bears
the inscription in relief and the names on black marble tablets with
gilt lettering. The memorial stands on a stepped stone base in paved
area. There are 24 names for World War 1 and 18 for World War 2.
