The Ashwell memorial
is to be found at St Mary's Church, Cottesmore Road, Ashwell. It takes
the form of a pedestal set into the wall of the churchyard upon which
is set a cross with a sword carved in relief. There are eleven name
slisted for World War 1 only. The names here have been sorted into alphabetical
order for ease of research and reading
