                Armed Trawler Annet was an Isle Class Trawler, pennant T341, constructed 
                by C D Holmes & Co. Laid down 21s December 1942, launched 
                25th March 1943 and commisison 19th June 1943. Her gross tonnage 
                was 494grt. The Isles class trawlers were a class of trawler used 
                by the Royal Navy and Royal Canadian Navy during World War II. 
                168 units of this class were bullt between 1940 and 1945. They 
                were mainly used on minesweeping and habour defence duties. Twelve 
                Isles class trawlers were lost during the war. She was acquired 
                by the Department of Fisheries in 1956 and later that year she 
                was commisisoned and named ULVA to replace the vessel VAILA, She 
                was employed on fishery protection duties until she was withdrawn 
                from service in 1971 and laid-up. In 1972 she was broken up at 
                Famuir, Glasgow, by W H Arnott, Young & Co (Shipbreakers)
