The
Oake memorial is to be found in Holy Cross Church, Hillfarance and covers
heathfield, Hillfarrance and Oake. It is believed that this plaque was
on the Parish Bier which used to be in the Church and was removed when
the Bier went to the Glastonbury Museum. The names are for World War
