The
War Memorial is situated as he junction of Church Lane and Howe Lane,
Cockfield, Suffolk. The memorial was built by F J Lindley. The memorial
takes the form of a A Celtic cross with a stepped base. It was dedicated
by Ven. G. Hodges and unveiled by Brigadier-General S. E. Massy-Lloyd
3 April 1920. There are 25 names listed for World War 1 and 5 for World
War 2.
