Martin Edwards
Corton
is a village on the coast a few miles north of Lowestoft. There is well
kept memorial in the main village street, next to the village hall.
The memorial plaque for World War 1 & 2 and is a wooden base with
a brass plaque affixed. This was originally dedicated on 21 July 1920
by The Venerable Lisle Carr details appearing in the East Anglian Daily
Times 24 July 1929. The memorial was rededicated on 9 June 2002.
