Shipmeadow
is a small village on the Beccles to Bungay road. The lynch gate remains
and is the parish’s First World War memorial and bears the names
of those that did not return from WW1. The church itself was made redundant
around 1970’s and sold off for private housing however the people
that live there allow access to the churchyard.
