The memorial is to be found by Shottermill Ponds in Camelsdale Road, Haslemere, Chichester, West Sussex. The Ordnance Survey grid reference is SU 88280 32310. It takes the form of a Latin cross set on a tapering shaft and square plinth. The body of the memorial is set on three steps and a base with the World War 1 dedicatory tablets set on the faces of the plinth (53 names). For World War 2 there are tablets set on the faces of the top step (16 names).
