Little Horsted War Memorial is to be found in the gounds of St Michael
and All Angels Church, Little Hiorsted, and takes the form of a wooden
shrine standing in the churchyard facing out towards the road. Therer
are six names listed for World War 1 only.

Killed in action during the March Retreat 23 March 1918. Aged 28.
Son of Frank George & Agnes Curtis of Hunningtons Farm, Little Horsted.
Born in Charlwood, Surrey and enlisted in Whyteleafe, Surrey. Commemorated
on Arras Memorial, Pas de Calais, France. |

1918. Aged 22. Son of Mr & Mrs Charles Driver of Uckfield, husband
of Constance Driver, of Eastbourne. Included on Eastbourne and Uckfield
Parish Church Memorials. Born in Framfield and enlisted in Lewes.

Died of wounds at home 16 September 18. Aged 41. Son of Mr French

High Cross, Framfield. Included on Framfield Parish War Memorial.
