The
Stithians memorial is on the boundary of St Stythians church. It is
in the form of a stone cross which is set on octagonal plinth that bears
the inscription on slate tablet with incised gilt lettering. The base
has six steps leading to it and is surrounded by the churchyard wall.
The names of those who died in both First and Second World Wars are
on plaques set into the wall. Details can be found of the Armistice
Day: Stithians Parish History Group's booklet remembers the Fallen
