BELCHAMP
OTTEN WAR MEMORIAL
World
War 1 & 2 - Roll of Honour with detailed information
Compiled and copyright © Martin Edwards 2014
The
Belchamp Otten memorial can be found in the grounds of St Ethlbert and
All Saints Church, Belchamp Otten, Essex. It takes the form of a rough
hewn, Celtic style, wheel cross on a tapering plinth with the inscription
in incised writing on the plinth. The inscription and names are badly
worn. There are six names listed for World War 1 on the front and one
for World War 2 on the side. The whole of the churchyard is a nature
conservation area.
