The War Memorial is located in the middle of the churchyard of St. Saviour's
Church, standing next to the A432, Badminton Road, Coalpit Heath. It
takes the form of a four-stepped, square base, surmounted by a square
plinth, a tapered shaft and Latin Cross of Portland stone; the inscription,
in black lettering. is on the sides of the plinth and the top step of
the front face. There are sixteen names for World War 1 and eighteen
for World War 2.
