The
Catherington War memorial can be found on the lych gate access to the
church of All Saints and the old cemetery. The lych gate is gabled with
a cross set above the front within the gable, the memorial is set of
four wooden panels within the lych gate. The wood carver was Mr Arthur
Romney Green. There are 54 names for World War 1 only. There is also
a stone memorial with a lantern cross mounted on an octagonal plinth
with a four stepped octagonal base; the memorial is wron.
