The
Aysgarth village memorial stands on the village green and takes the
form of a lamp mounted on a round, brick, pedestal on a single-stepped
base.There are 3 names for World War 1 to be found on a plaque attached
to the memorial. A further memorial can be found at St
Andrew's Church, Aysgarth.
