The memorial is to be found in the grounds of St. Michaels' Churchyard, Wetwang, East Yorkshire. It takes the form of a stone, wheel, cross with octagonal shaft surmounting an octagonal pedestal with a four-stepped octagonal base; the memorial has incised lettering.
