Booton
is situated south west of Aylsham. The War Memorial is situated within
in the Parish church of Church of St. Michael the Archangel. It takes
the form of a dark grey marble plaque inscribed in gold letters with
a light grey, carved, wreath of poppies and sash at top and is mounted
on light grey slab of marble on an internal wall of the church. There
are 12 names for World War 1 and none for any other conflict.
