The
Bressingham War Memorial, which is situated on the corner of High Road
and School Road, Bressinghan, Norfolk. It takes the form of an obelisk
with ornamental wreath with dates 1914 -19 superimposed on front face
toward top; the whole stands on a vertical rectangular plinth with a
two-tier, inward, stepped base with all the lettering in black. The
surrounding area is laid with paving stones. The dedication is at the
top of a rectangular foundation followed by names in single column beneath
with a biblical quotation on top stone of base. The dedication for World
War 2, and the World War 2 names, are on an unrecessed bottom stone
of the base. There are twelve names for World War 1 and three names
for World War 2.
