The
hamlet of Langley is about 10 miles south east of Norwich. The memorial
is situated at a triangle by the old “Wherry Inn” - now closed.
The memorial is inscribed on all four sides, with crests. The Memorial
gives name, rank, Regiment, place and date of death. Those marked * are
also on the roll of honour in St. Margaret’s Church, Hardley,
which is a mile away.
