The monument
stands in the grounds of St Mary's Church. It takes the form of a
tall stone standing on a three-stepped plinth. It is in generally
good condition and the names are easily readable. There are twenty-one
names from the First World War on the pillar, and a further 9 names
from the Second World War on the plinth.
